Looks (8.6): Uniquely deep dark naturally charged green colored blossoms wildly overgrown and entangled with fiery blazing orange red hairs. Sour Orange nug’s look fat in shape with a tapering pine tree look, quite dense in structure, an overall great looking budget selection with plenty of internal trichome activity.
Smell (8.5): Definitively orange in scent, with additional astringencies of aspirational not so subtle J1 esque whisks. A sharp pointed knife-edge aroma that surprisingly gets softer with a nice mellow sweeter orange sourness and a smattering of what can only be described as feet, a cheesy background lingering light funk.
Taste (8.4): Sour Orange pretty much sums it up, like a sweeter sugary gumdrop appeal that tasted more toothsome than astringent or acidic. Spicy in orange zest, with an almost indefinable sugary jelly quality of orange sour candy dipped in soap.
Effects (8.7): A somewhat delayed sit down and strap in that all of a sudden escalates into all at once heady acceleration. Sour Orange has a marked increase in HR and BP lends physiological impact to the 0-60 cerebral activation, not anxiousness. A spiking strong first phase quickly followed by a second level physical relief of building impactful heaviness.
